The profile view represents a summary view of the current record of interest. It does not necessarily show all of the data related to the selected item, but it does provide access to the most commonly used information related to the item. The profile view also provides easy access to related data for the selected item. Most information for the selected item in a profile view can be accessed by clicking on the Profile icon (located to the left of the page title), and then choosing an appropriate 'Related Item’ from the menu.
