The grid view represents a multi-record view of the specific data class (e.g., Location, Equipment, Tasks, POAMs, Findings). The grid view is filterable through the binocular icon (a.k.a., the Query icon) and exportable through the Print icon located just above the grid and to the right. Each row in the grid represents a single record for that particular data class.

To view a single record within the grid, simply click on the row. The application will take you to the profile view for the selected item.
