For Managers, you may want to track the assigned tasks of personnel at your organization.
This can be accomplished by:
1) Go to the Manager’s User Profile. Click on the Profile Icon -> Security -> Assigned Users.
2) Use the “Add Users” to add any personnel that you want to track their tasks.
3) When going to Home -> Tasks, Query (binoculars icon), you now have the ability to use the “Assigned To” filter. You can pick a particular person, or “All” which will show you your tasks and any tasks from your Assigned Users.
