Add / Edit Checklist Alert Form

Description

This form is used to Add Alerts or Edit Alerts on Checklist Templates. The fields on the form will vary depending on the type of Checklist Template being used.

EMSWeb can send automated reminders and alerts to you and/or your coworkers as important deadlines approach. All system alerts and notifications sent to you are stored in the Messages grid. All system alerts and notifications are also sent to the email address associated with the User’s account. When an alert is tripped, the person assigned the alert will receive an email notification.

Note: Alerts can only be assigned to people that have an EMSWeb user account. Contact your Organization Administrator if a New User needs to be added to the system.

Extensive alerts can be assigned based on the answers given per question or for the entire template upon submission of the completed checklist. For example, an alert can be assigned to the template with the following criteria: send me an email when any question is answered “No” or when the third question is answered “Yes.”

Alert criteria can be selected based on any single answer for the entire template or on a per question basis. The message text sent to the assigned individual when the alert is tripped can be customized. Click on “Save Alert” to save the alert and return to the Alerts grid. Repeat this step to create additional alerts, if desired.


Definitions for the Add / Edit (General/Simple) Checklist Alert Form

  1. Send when ANY question is answered: An alert will be sent every time ANY question on the checklist has been answered with the selected response (Yes, No, or N/A).
  2. Send when the following questions are answered: An alert will be sent when the following questions on the checklist are answered with the selected response (Ignore, Yes, No, or N/A).
  3. Send to: Name of the User to whom the alert will be sent
  4. Message text: It is recommended that the text of the alert message includes a reference to the question/response, name of the checklist, and/or action that the User should take.

Definitions for the Add / Edit (Compliance Audit) Checklist Alert Form

  1. Send when ANY question is answered: An alert will be sent every time ANY question on the checklist has been answered with the selected response (Compliant, Noncompliant, or N/A).
  2. Send when the following questions are answered: An alert will be sent when the following questions on the checklist are answered with the selected response (Ignore, Compliant, Noncompliant, or N/A).
  3. Send to: Name of the User to whom the alert will be sent
  4. Message text: It is recommended that the text of the alert message includes a reference to the question/response, name of the checklist, and/or action that the User should take.

  1. Send when ANY question is answered: An alert will be sent every time ANY question on the checklist has been answered with the selected response (Conform, Nonconform, or N/A).
  2. Send when the following questions are answered: An alert will be sent when the following questions on the checklist are answered with the selected response (Ignore, Conform, Nonconform, or N/A).
  3. Send to: Name of the User to whom the alert will be sent
  4. Message text: It is recommended that the text of the alert message includes a reference to the question/response, name of the checklist, and/or action that the User should take.
