Add / Edit Custom Field Form

Description

This form is used to Add Custom Fields or Edit Custom Fields on Checklist Templates. Custom Fields are used to add additional text fields to the Checklist Template either at the bottom of the Header or the top of the Footer.


Definitions

  1. Custom Field Name: Name of the Custom Field that will appear on the Checklist
  2. Location: Part of the Checklist (Header or Footer) where this Custom Field will be located
