An Objective is a statement that supports an appropriate facility’s environmental goals and EMS policy. A Target is a statement that defines an end-state supporting an appropriate facility’s environmental goals and EMS policy. This form is used to Add O&Ts or Edit O&Ts.
O&Ts (Objectives and Targets) are assigned to managers who in turn can create a Plan of Action and Milestones (POAM). Each Milestone can be assigned to another user who can access their Milestone via their Tasks grid. As they enter their actions and update the percent completed, the POAM takes the average percentage of all the Milestones and reports that value under “Progress.”
Note: O&Ts, POAMs, and Milestones can only be managed and/or assigned to people that have an EMSWeb user account. Contact your Organization Administrator if a New User needs to be added to the system.
