Description
Worksheet Categories are used to rank Aspects. This form is used to Add Worksheet Categories or Edit Worksheet Categories.
Definitions
- Category Name: This is the name of the Worksheet Category used to rank Aspects. Each name represents a ranking category used to rank the Aspect using the related Rating Text and Score. An example of a name would be "Mission Importance". Multiple Worksheet Categories may be used.
- Type: The Worksheet Category names can be categorized and displayed under separate tables. For example, the Worksheet Categories "Mission Risk" and "Legal Risk" can both fall under the same table that is labeled "Risk". The table name is referred to as the "Type" field under the Worksheet Category form. Each Worksheet Category name belongs to a single Type. Each Significance Worksheet form can contain multiple Types, or tables.
- Rating Text: The Rating Text is the text that shows up in a dropdown menu as the ranking possibilities for the Worksheet Category name. For example, for the Worksheet Category name of "Mission Importance", you could have a Rating Text of "High". Multiple Rating Text/Scores may be used for each Worksheet Category.
- Score: Each Rating Text has a Score related to it. This translates the text into a numerical score. For example, a Rating Text of "High" could have an associated Score of "10".
