Description

This form is used to Add Significance Worksheets or Edit Significance Worksheets. A Significance Worksheet is used to score and rank Aspects.

To score the Aspect, select the most applicable ratings using the available dropdown menus. If you wish to increase their score, enter a number in the multiplier field for each category of interest. When finished, click "Calculate" next to the Total score field. If you wish to increase the total score, enter a number above the total score and click on "Calculate" again. Toggle the significance label on or off and, when finished, click on “Save Worksheet” to return to the profile view of the Aspect.

Definitions

1. Multiplier: The multiplier alters the score on the Aspect Significance Worksheet form. The multiplier can be fractions or whole numbers (i.e. 0, 0.5, 0.75, 2, 10). For example, if the score was 4 and the multiplier was 2, then the total score would be 8. There can be multipliers for each worksheet category, or for the Significance Worksheet as a whole.
2. Total Score: This is the total ranking score for that particular Aspect.
3. This is Significant: The organization determines if an Aspect is Significant or not. This checkbox performs the same function as the Significant checkbox on the Aspect profile.
4. Worksheet notes: any notes the User wants to write in regards to this Significance Worksheet
