Description

Once created and saved, a Finding / Observation goes through an Assignment, a Resolution, and a Closure phase. This form is used to Edit the Closure of the Finding / Observation.

Definitions

1. This finding can be closed: This selection should be made when the User feels that the Finding has been adequately resolved and is ready for closure.
2. This finding was not properly resolved: This selection should be made when the User feels that the Finding has not been adequately resolved and needs to be reopened.
3. Assigned POC: Name of the User assigned to manage the closure of the Finding / Observation
4. Comment: any other relevant information
