A Service 1348 is defined as a 1348 with a weight of "0", with a Delivery Order (DO) but no Manifest. In HWMS, the user can close a Service 1348 from the DO profile.

To Close a Service 1348, From the Delivery Order, users can mark the checkbox(es) for the Service 1348s and go Functions > Close Service 1348. Once all Manifest on the DO are closed, the Delivery Order will Change status to "Closed"
