Create a Schedule

To create a Schedule:

1: Go to Audits/Inspections | Scheduling and click on the button link above the grid New Schedule.

2: General Information - Fill in information as appropriate using care to ensure that all of the required fields are addressed. When complete, click Next at the bottom of the screen.

3: Select EMS Data - This screen is optional dependent on a selection in the previous screen.

4: Assign Templates - Select the option to Add Template. Choose options on the following screen that are appropriate to the desired template. Again, be sure to provide input to all required fields. Then click Save. Once completed, you can repeat this process to add additional templates or click Next to define the frequency of this inspection under recurrence.

5: Recurrence - Select the options that you want and click Next.
