To reset password:

1: Navigate to Contacts | People and search for the contact you want.

   You can also go to ADVANCED SEARCH located in the tab menu in CONTACTS.
    Click on SEARCH ALL PEOPLE and click SEARCH.  That will search all contacts
     instead of having to search for an individual contact.

2: Click on Reset Password in the top right corner of the profile.

3: They will receive an email with a temporary password that they have to use to login.

4: Once they login they will asked to change password.
